Access - my consulting room is up one flight of stairs. If you think you will struggle with this, please let me know before booking as there is an alternative room downstairs which I need to book in advance. There are two steps into the building but we have a ramp, again please let us know in advance if you can, so we can have it ready for you. Thank you.
Students - I am a clinical trainer for Heartwood Education who train the next generation of Medical Herbalists. This means I regularly have students observing consultations, dispensing and when ready, taking consultations (which I always supervise).
Please do let me know if you are comfortable with students being present/ taking consultations or not. If you feel you would rather they weren't there that is absolutely fine, just let me know in advance if you can, but on the day or even half way through the consultation if also fine! The most important thing is that you are comfortable during the consultation and that is always my priority.
